Description
This 80m (262.47ft) MPO/A Female to MPO/A Female trunk cable provides a long-reach 16-fiber connection for backbone cabling in data centers, campus buildings and enterprise networks. It uses OM3 multimode 50/125µm fiber with 16 fibers per end and Type B polarity, built for parallel optic transceiver links.
Insertion loss of no more than 0.35dB supports clean, consistent transmission across the run. Each connector is precision polished and individually tested for insertion loss, return loss, polarity and 3D interferometry, so every cable is ready for reliable use. At 80m, this length goes beyond the standard OM3 reach of many high-speed modules, so be sure your transceivers are specifically rated to cover this distance.
The flame-retardant 3.0mm LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces smoke and produces no halogen gases in a fire, making it a safer option for enclosed spaces and occupied buildings. Aramid strength members give the cable the pulling strength and durability needed for long installations, helping protect the fibers throughout their service life.
The 80m length is intended for long backbone routes, such as connecting data halls at opposite ends of a large facility, running risers across multiple floors, or linking a main distribution area to remote telecom rooms. Its compact, high-density build stays light and easy to pull through trays, conduits and raised floors, helping you save space and keep installation and maintenance costs under control.
Note: 16-fiber MPO/A connectors are not compatible with 12-fiber MPO connectors. Check that your transceivers, panels and adapters are built for 16-fiber MPO before ordering.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
