1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Fiber Optic Distribution LLC is committed to providing high-quality fiber optic cables, optical transceivers, and networking products. We stand behind our products and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

All eligible products purchased directly from Fiber Optic Distribution are covered by a limited warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Products that fail under normal operating conditions due to manufacturing defects.
Defective fiber optic cables, transceivers, and networking accessories covered by this policy.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, accidental damage, or improper handling.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage from power surges, environmental conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
Compatibility issues unrelated to a product defect.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

Your original order number or proof of purchase.
The product name or model number.
A description of the issue.
Photos or supporting documentation, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for troubleshooting or returning the product.

Repair or Replacement

If a product is determined to be defective and is covered under the warranty, Fiber Optic Distribution will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional product cost.

If the original product is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping warranty items to Fiber Optic Distribution unless otherwise authorized. Fiber Optic Distribution will cover standard shipping for approved replacement products within the contiguous United States.

Additional Terms

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
A warranty authorization is required before returning any product.
This warranty applies only to eligible products purchased directly from Fiber Optic Distribution.
