Description
This 130m (426.51ft) MPO/A Female to MPO/A Female trunk cable provides a 16-fiber backbone connection for very long runs in campus networks, large data centers and enterprise buildings. It is made with OM3 multimode 50/125µm fiber, carrying 16 fibers on each end with Type B polarity for parallel optic links.
With insertion loss at or below 0.35dB, the cable supports clean, steady transmission across its full length. Each connector is precision polished and individually tested for insertion loss, return loss, polarity and 3D interferometry, so it arrives ready for dependable service. Because 130m is far beyond the standard OM3 reach of most high-speed modules, make sure your transceivers are specifically rated to support this distance before ordering.
The flame-retardant 3.0mm LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket limits smoke and produces no halogen gases in a fire, making it a safe fit for enclosed spaces and occupied buildings. Aramid strength members add the pulling strength and durability needed for extra-long installs, protecting the fibers throughout their service life.
The 130m length is suited to long backbone routes, such as connecting neighboring buildings, linking distant zones in very large facilities, or running vertical risers through high-rise buildings. The slim, high-density build remains easy to pull through trays, conduits and raised floors, helping you conserve space and reduce installation and maintenance costs.
Note: 16-fiber MPO/A connectors will not connect to 12-fiber MPO connectors. Check that your transceivers, panels and adapters support 16-fiber MPO before ordering.
