MikroTik S+DA0001 Compatible 10G SFP+ DAC Copper Cable (1 metre, 30AWG, Passive)

This direct attach copper cable, also known as a twinax or DAC cable, is a lower-cost replacement for the MikroTik S+DA0001. It carries data rates up to 10.5 Gbps, meeting the bandwidth requirements for 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-CU), 8G Fibre Channel and 10G Fibre Channel over Ethernet.

A passive twinax cable needs no power beyond the host port and adds almost no latency, which makes it the usual choice for short in-rack runs between switches, routers, network cards and storage systems. It costs considerably less than an active optical cable or a pair of optical transceivers with a patch lead, so it is the sensible option whenever both ends sit within a couple of metres of each other.

Every cable is programmed and tested to work with MikroTik 10G equipment, so the port recognises it at plug-in with no extra configuration.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
