Hirschmann M-SFP-10-LR/LC EEC Compatible 10G SFP+ LR Industrial Transceiver (SMF, 1310nm, 10km, LC, DOM, I-Temp)
This industrial SFP+ transceiver is a direct replacement for the Hirschmann M-SFP-10-LR/LC EEC module, at a much lower cost than the original. It handles 10.3125 Gbps (10GBASE-LR) and 9.953 Gbps (10GBASE-LW) traffic over single-mode fiber at a 1310nm wavelength, reaching up to 10 km through a standard LC duplex connector.
The key difference from a standard commercial optic is the temperature range. This module runs from -40°C to 85°C, so it holds up in unheated cabinets, roadside enclosures, substations, rail trackside equipment and factory floors where a normal 0 to 70°C transceiver would fail. The electrical interface follows SFF-8431 and the module complies with SFF-8472 and IEEE 802.3ae, so it drops into a multi-vendor network without trouble.
Digital diagnostics let you read temperature, voltage, laser bias, transmit power and receive power live from the switch, which is especially useful on remote sites where a site visit is expensive. Every unit is coded and tested for Hirschmann 10G equipment before it ships, so the port recognises it at boot with no extra setup.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
