60 days money back or item exchange

Our vison is to provide 100% satisfaction to the customers. To provide the better service, almost all the sold items could be returned or exchange within a 60 days of receiving the items. After receiving the item if you are not fully satisfied with our product than you may return with exchange or full refund in which shipping charge will be excluded. However, return or exchange need to be done by the error from our company then the full refund will be provided including the shipping cost.

Conditions for returns: 

• All the returns items must be in new condition and should be resalable conditions if it is not defective items.
• Items must be in original and unmodified packaging conditions.
• All the defective products returned to Fiberopticdistribution must be accompanied by a printed test report showing that they did not work.
• Product return to Fiberopticdistribution that are not defective are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Returns will not be accepted for the custom build items if they are not damage or working properly. The custom items would be any item that has been manufactured according to the customer’s need.

Refund time frame

Generally, all the process for the refund might take up to 4 weeks however, in most of the case you will receive the refund more quickly as expected. This refund process time frame included the period until we get your return items from the customer or shipper i.e. 5-10 business days, the duration that take us to process your returns once we receive the items i.e. 3-5 business days and the duration that your financial institution takes to process the refund request to your account. i.e. 5-10 days.

To request the return an item, please Contact us with your order number, detail product information and the reason for the return. We will get back with you as soon as possible and will provide you the return instructions.

Shipping

Our goal is to provided our service to all the national and international customers. We can ship our product to any virtual address worldwide. Nevertheless, there could be restraint on some of the products and cannot be ship to international destinations. The shipping and delivery date would be estimated once you place the order and availability of your items and also based on the shipping option chosen by customer.
